HARVEST FESTIVAL 2026
We had a wonderful celebration today at our Harvest Festival led by our prefects and Revd. Hazel.
Thank you to our wonderful school community who so generously donated food to be distributed within our local community via Tavistock Foodbank.
It was a whole school celebration, with our Chair and Vice Chair welcoming the congregation of our wider MTB family into the parish church of Mary Tavy. Our talented pupils all performed poetry, reflection and, of course, sung their hearts out. We were particularly proud of our newest team members, who all blew us away with how well they performed ‘Scarecrow song’ with confidence and humour – it was fantastic.
Thank you to our amazing staff who worked so hard rehearsing to put on such a great performance.
We finished our celebration with the much anticipated and firm favourite’ Big Red Combine Harvester ‘
Thank you to all our parents/ carers for joining in, in preparation of our celebration, by supporting the children to get creative designing their boxes – they all looked absolutely stunning. Thank you
