As part of our topic for the Summer Term, Mrs Pratten organised a nature walk with Mr Jerrett from Tavistock College.
The day before our walk, we prepared some picnic food including flapjacks and cookies!
We had to learn how to read an Ordnance Survey map to make sure we didn't get lost and we also had to use a compass.
The walk was about 6 miles and Mrs Pratten brought her dog Decker on the walk. He is 14 years old but in human years he would be 98!
We enjoyed the day which was lovely and warm and you can see one of the views which was spectacular.
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
